We are proud of our city and want to share the fun and entertainment opportunities available.
Our city is an exciting and ever changing place to discover.
It boasts over 500 parks and reserves and an array of entertainment and party opportunities.
We enjoy visiting a new one each weekend, playing, running, riding, exploring and just having fun in our own backyard. During summer our city also offers free movies in the park. We attended the season finale and had a great time with the mayor.
When we are not exploring the city's hidden treasures, it is time to party!
Parties are a highlight of every child's life. We enjoy the diverse array of parties throughout the year each taking us to
a different venue and incorporating unique themes and entertainment.
We wanted to share our great experiences of Ipswich with you!
Ipswich was recently named the world’s most livable mid-size city, showing to the world what we already believed! (Click here to see!)
What an achievement! Deputy Mayor Victor Atwood said, “We have seen a marvellous transformation take place in Ipswich. Last year, the city scored the sixth largest increase in population of any local government area in Australia.” Currently there is approximately 150, 000 people living in our wonderful city. That number is expected to grow dramatically in the future.
