Fairy PartyThe fairy party at a local Ipswich vineyard provided a magical playground for the little fairies to flutter around in. This was a party to remember! I celebrated this one with my best friend who has her birthday on the same day. My twin! But not really I just call her my twin. We all got dressed up as fairies with a few superheroes thrown in (the boys). As the fairies arrived, presents were placed on a table and they entered the mystical fairy enclosure. The fairy lady told us stories and painted our faces while we sat upon her magical toadstools. The enclosure for the fairy party was created by my twin's enthusiastic mother and father with the potted daisies adding the finishing touches to the enchanted realm.
The birthday cake was a masterpiece created by my mother and decorated by us. We had so much fun getting involved!
Fairy Lane enthralled us with the story telling, face painting, wand making and fairy games. The fairy lady even gave us special bags so that we would remember our magical day!
Held at Ironbark Ridge Vineyard at Purga this party took more effort initially to set up. The vineyard provided room for the fairies to run around, up and down the grape vines. The party was set up to cater for the parents as well with the winery supplying wine tasting and nibbles. The vineyard lends itself to variety of other parties such as witches and warlocks; animals; superheroes; pirates; cartoon characters; teddy bear picnics and so on. Fairy Lane also caters for other themes as well.
