Hollywood PartyThe Hollywood Party combined a night of fun-filled movies with a sleepover with my friends. It can be held in Ipswich or anywhere else. Oh what fun! The house filled with noise, laughter, and truly thousands of little beanie kids! The issue was keeping track of the beanie kids. For this party, the fashionably late arrival time of mid afternoon (4 pm) enabled everyone to watch a movie before dinner and be quizzed on the events in the movie with everyone getting a turn and a prize. We were able to help each other out answering the questions so we were all winners!!! Dinner was served with a variety of takeaway pizzas. This catered for the likes and dislikes of the children. It was also was easy to organize and clean up after. Then back to the movies again! The house did undergo a make over with popcorn becoming a feature in each room. But we all had fun. Sleep was a little light on with an early rise the next morning. An afternoon nap was definitely needed after my long night and I was exhausted after all my excitement. The movies were all selected prior to the party and this enabled my friends’ parents to know what we were going to watch. Special dietary requirements for the young stars (children) also needed to be considered.
