This was an awesome experience!


Whodunit? Can you solve the mystery murder with the clues at the Ipswich Art Gallery?

Oh No! Will you help solve this murder?

This exhibition is fabulous free entertainment for the whole family. You learn while having fun trying to solve the crime. Georgina loved it so much she returned a second time to take Sarah and her friend Lisa through the exhibition while I was at school.

As you enter the art gallery you can collect your Crime File, pencil and paper from the front desk. Once you have the necessary tools to carry out the investigation the serious work begins. We got to examine evidence such as DNA, ballistics, fingerprints, pen ink, footprints and much, much more. My favourite part was examining the maggots that were found in the corpse and watching the video on how they can digest a rodent.


Whodunit is an excellent exhibition that will take approximately one hour if you participate in all the activities on offer. Not only entertaining, but also educational, this would be worthwhile for school and vacation care groups to explore.

Well done to the Ipswich Art Gallery for running such an excellent exhibition for kids of all ages.
