Limestone Park
What a park! Limestone Park is enormous! The Chermside Road end of the park offers great views across to Ipswich City. It has an amazing pathway system to ride, run or walk along. We took our scooters and we were pooped at the end. It is great going down the hill but then you have the uphill climb at the other end.

The people walking their dogs were friendly and we got to pat the dogs as well. We enjoyed this immensely. We want a dog but have to talk mum into it first.
There is also an interesting obstacle course to have a go at. It is more for the adults than children as some of the things we would find hard to do. Our legs are too small! This course would certainly build a persons strength and overall fitness.

Added bonuses the park offers is the velodrome, an extensive area with netball courts, athletics field, cricket field and nets and much, much more.

There are the usual sheltered picnic areas with barbeques.
