Party Pack Ideas
Party packs are what every kid, big and small, young and old, looks forward to at a party. However, party pack ideas can be the bane of ever parent who has the job of organizing the party. There are many concerns that parents face:
- Not too much junk food
- Value for money
- Not too expensive
- Links to the Party Theme
With all of these concerns floating around one then wonders: What do we put in the party pack?
We are going to share some of our tips and shopping suggestions so you stay within a budget but still have a nice party pack to hand out at the end of the party. Party packs can be as simple or as intricate as you want them to be. We have various design ideas for the party packs so we can start here with the simple ideas.
Our Tips For Party Pack Success
- Involve the birthday child in putting together the party packs. They love the experience and it adds to the build up in excitement before their big day.
- Always make extra party packs as you do not wish to be caught short if extra’s turn up. If there is enough left they can always be given out to the younger (or older siblings) of the children at the party. Make sure to include all the children, even the big ones!
- Buy in bulk when you see items on sale or at the markets. Try not to leave things until the last minute so that you can take advantage of discount offers and help keep the costs down. For example, a box of 20 chips on special for $5.50.
- Visit markets and the like during the year. For example, The Ipswich, Carrara, Rocklea and Caloundra markets, just to name a few, often have different small things that can make up quite an exciting party pack. The markets are also an ideal place for purchasing items in bulk and cheaply.
- The labels you use could be as simple as cutting out coloured card with decorative scissors eg Pinking Shears. You could also create a design on the computer and print and cut it out. Or, if time is of the essence, if you have a printer that can print on label paper, use it. You can design the label on the computer and just print it out, pull it off and stick it on.
