Proud of Ipswich

Ipswich City is a city on the move with a very bright future ahead. The coolest part is that there are now ways for the children to show that they are proud of their city. We have collected all of these items to display here on the website.

Born in Ipswich Certificate

Click the link below to get your very own Born in Ipswich Certificate!

The born in Ipswich Certificate is a new initiative that is only for those of us born in Ipswich. Georgina and I both have one proudly displaying our names. To get one of these Mum just called the council office and they asked for our details and mailed one to her. There is also a form that you can complete online at the Ipswich City Chat website to get this certificate. Click here if you or you children were born in Ipswich and you would like your very own “Born in Ipswich Certificate”

Ipswich Centenary Medal

Mayor Paul Pisasale gave this to me at the 'Children of Ipswich' Calendar launch. It is a special medal to commemorate the centenary in Ipswich in 2004.

Ipswich Pride Pin

Ipswich City Council and Mayor Paul Pisasale are proud of their city and they have found a way for residents to show their pride in their city too. You can also show that you are proud of Ipswich by offering Pride Pins to volunteers within an organization. Pride Pins are available through local council offices or online through the Ipswich City Chat website. Click here and complete the form to get your very own Ipswich Pride Pin.
